A two-part expansion, Pillars of Eternity: The White March was released in 20 which is included in the definitive edition. A PS4 and Xbox One version was released on August 29, 2017. Pillars of Eternity Definitive Edition is an award-winning RPG developed by Obsidian Entertainment, who are known best perhaps for developing Fallout: New Vegas, though they also worked on South Park: The Stick of Truth, The Outer Worlds, and the recently announced Avowed. Pillars of Eternity and Tyranny are both available to purchase for free from now until the 17th of December. As we near the end of the year, the storefront appears to be upping its offerings, gifting two Obsidian Entertainment RPGs entirely for free.
